In closing, I'm not sure if AV is able to complete a full service (to remove tracking cookies) or that the microsoft 'spy' programs are in total control regardless of any promises from any anti virus software company. There went my option of tracking cookies to be deleted. I then tried to remove it altogether from my installed programs and found it cannot be removed or disabled.
